Corporate Attorney (Remote)

About the Role:
WMX Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our team. This role involves providing expert legal counsel on corporate matters, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in shaping our corporate strategies and supporting our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and business operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Manage corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel as needed
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the business

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• Proven experience as a corporate attorney or in a similar legal role
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
